In a Nutshell

We help people improve their relationship with food. Through education and new ideas we will help you take control of the bad habits and lose weight using tools such as Intermittent Fasting, Keto and/or Carnivore. You will learn how to heal from insulin resistance, which is known to lead to diabetes, high blood pressure, and many other common diseases. You will obtain the knowledge you need to never have a weight problem again and become healthier than ever. No hard exercise, no specialized diets, and no Pills. Just natural, good food and better habits.


Just like any worth while project, you must have goals. We start with a conversation about where you are and where you want to be. What have you tried. What works and what doesn’t work. What’s your environment. Then we start to build a plan to get to your goal and stay there.


Our objective is to teach you to improve your relationship with food, help break Insulin resistance, and how to avoid it forever. You will learn how to apply Intermittent Fasting, Keto and/or Carnivore the right way, enjoy healing from insulin resistance and lose weight in the process.


We use some simple tools to track daily progress, log food ingredients and encourage fasting when it’s time to do so. You will keep these tools with you on your smart phone as apps so you can check in on things every step of the way.


Accountability: Under your trainers supervision, we will be monitoring your daily food intake, including quality of food, quantity and how it applies to your goals. These factors along with daily weigh-ins will help us determine when you have become insulin sensitive again.
